YOUR LOCAL COUNCILLOR

To find your local Councillor, go to the Hounslow Council Website (hounslow.gov.uk)
Then from the left-hand menu select ‘Council and democracy’
On that page, go to (left-hand menu) ‘Councillors and democracy’
Then go to the menu in the middle of the page with that name
Click on ‘Councillor information’ and a new page will come up, featuring the Borough’s Councillors. You can scroll down alphabetically or search by Party or Ward. We are in Chiswick Riverside Ward.

There is also a list of attendance, in which expected Committee meeting attendance is matched to actual attendance (this does not include Area Fora or full Council Meetings).

HOUNSLOW HIGHWAYS

The 25-year, £350m PFI contract signed by LB of H created ‘Hounslow Highways’, who pledged to repair every roadway, pavement, tree and streetlight in Hounslow between 2013 and 2017.

Here is the official means of communicating with them:

1. Customer Services deal with initial first contact, eg defects such as ‘ I want to report XYZ’ (eg potholes, street lights) via
customerservices@hounslow.gov.uk or 020 8583 2000.
You can also directly report Highways issues online at
www.hounslowhighways.org.

2. Any complaints, policy explanations or chasing of ongoing issues should come via the Customer Relations team. The Complaints form can be completed online
